Customer Reviews
Loved my custom photo rug!
I just got my custom portrait carpet and it's absolutely fantastic! The colors are so vibrant and the detail is amazing. It came out even better than I hoped. I'm already planning my next order for a wedding photo carpet, definitely recommending Zulitak to all my friends!
Nice family photo rug
I ordered a family photo weaved carpet for my living room and it turned out pretty good. The process was straightforward, and it arrived within the estimated time, took about 10 days to get to me in California. Everyone who's seen it thinks it's a cool idea. Just a nice addition to the house.
Good value for a custom gift
I was looking for a unique gift and found Zulitak's personalized photo rugs. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 10% off code, which was a nice bonus. The price for a custom wool carpet seemed fair, especially with the discount. It felt worth the purchase for a one-of-a-kind item. The quality was good for what I paid, and the recipient really liked it.
Detailed review of my photo blanket
I purchased a Memorial Photo Blanket from Zulitak. The ordering process was fairly smooth; uploading the photo was easy enough, and their preview tool helped a lot with choosing the right crop. Shipping took about two weeks, which was within the timeframe they quoted on the site. When it arrived, the blanket felt substantial and the weaving was tight. The image quality was surprisingly good for a woven textile, though some of the finer details in the background were softened, which is expected with this medium. It's definitely a conversation starter and a touching tribute. I had a quick question about care instructions, and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours, which was helpful.
Satisfied with pet portrait rug
I ordered a pet portrait rug for my sister. The customization process was simple and the website was easy to navigate. It arrived in about 12 days, which was a bit longer than I hoped but still acceptable for a custom item. The quality of the weaving was good, and the likeness of her dog was captured well. My only minor gripe was that the colors were a touch darker than I expected from the digital preview. Overall, though, it was a good experience and my sister loved the gift. I'd consider ordering from them again for another special occasion.

Are these carpets actually handmade? Or is it like, a machine that just kinda makes it look handmade? Trying to decide between them and Shutterfly.
Hey, thinking of getting one of these photo carpets for my mom's birthday. How long does shipping usually take to California? Don't want it to miss her big day.
Anyone know if you can stack coupon codes on Zulitak? I've got a first-time buyer discount and saw a free shipping code floating around.
What happens if I don't like the carpet once it arrives? Can you return personalized items?
